We aim to respond within 2 business days; during an engagement, usually sooner. For billing or payment issues, please include the email address used for your purchase or subscription so we can look up your account quickly.

Billing and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For questions about a charge, a receipt, or to update your payment method, contact us via the channels above and we’ll help directly, or point you to the right place if it’s something Stripe manages on your behalf (such as updating a saved card).

To cancel a subscription, contact us by email and we’ll process it. See our Terms of Service for how cancellations and billing periods work.

Changing or cancelling a session

Let us know as early as you can, and we’ll find a new date. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your engagement agreement.

Refunds

Refund requests are considered case-by-case and in line with the Australian Consumer Law. See our Terms of Service, §3.6. Get in touch and we’ll talk it through.
